Why most agents do not make it

The National Association of Realtors puts agent turnover at about 87 percent. Most agents do not fail because the work is impossible - they fail because they are dropped into an environment with no structure, no real mentorship, and no direction once they are in the door.

Big box brokerages train in classrooms of twenty or thirty people, often taught by agents who have sold a handful of houses in the past few years. We work with you one on one instead, and you shadow a producing agent while the work is actually happening.

What the brokerage provides

• Leads from the brokerage. We generate our own rather than buying recycled lists. They are not resold across multiple agents.
• Transaction coordination. Once a property is under contract, a coordinator carries the paperwork to close so you stay in front of clients.

What it costs

No desk fees. No franchise fees. No technology fees. No monthly or annual fees. The brokerage carries the cost of the CRM, the transaction management system, the listing photography, and the office space you use.

What the splits are

Experienced agents land between 80 and 90 percent. Where you start is based on your previous production - we credit what you have already closed at another brokerage and bring you in at the matching tier rather than starting you over. Every tier is calculated on GCI, adjusted gross commission.

On leads the brokerage provides, we take 25 percent of the commission off the top. That is what funds the lead program.

There are no monthly fees, no desk fees, no franchise fees, and no royalty fees. The CRM, the transaction management system, the listing photography, and the office space are carried by the brokerage.

Ryan Barnett is the owner and principal broker. He came up through a 250-agent office, reached the top one percent of greater Orlando as a producer, and built this brokerage around the gaps he watched agents fall through.

He went from day one to top one percent producer in greater Orlando, and now chooses to spend his time helping other agents get there. He takes every recruiting conversation himself.
