Kalani Ah-Mau

As a youth, Kalani’s father taught him that life is a journey and not a destination. Truthfully, if you have a good time no matter what you’re doing you are always on vacation whether it’s working hard or playing hard. The passionate empirical experience of all life is always learning, changing, adapting, and enjoying the process whether it’s riding big waves, teaching, coaching, playing guitar, snowboarding in powder, or working a job of any sort. The enthusiasm and LOVE of life translate to all aspects and adds value beyond measure. Passion is imperative for any great customer service-oriented job. Every job Kalani has ever had since he started throwing newspapers on a paper route at 11 years old has been involved in customer service. Customer satisfaction has always been tantamount to him because he understands that we all depend on one another and there is no way to qualify the positive effects you may contribute on another person’s life, no matter the moment, context, or situational experience. Customer service is an extension of simple acts of service which ultimately is adding value to someone else’s life in a positive way.
