In the center of Clermont, Florida is access to two major U.S. Roadways. State Road 50 and U.S. Road 27 both run through Clermont and offer access to neighboring cities and towns.

Clermont falls only 25.4 miles west of Orlando, making it roundly a 35 minute trip down State Road 50.
