 Clermont, Orlando Overview

The picturesque city of Clermont, Florida is located in Lake County and falls just 22 miles west of Orlando. Kings Ridge is an active 55+ gated community of 2088 homes. The neighborhood is situated along Route 27 and offers superior living to its residents.

Clermont falls only 25.4 miles west of Orlando, making it roundly a 35 minute trip down State Road 50.
