The picturesque city of Clermont, Florida is located in Lake County and falls just 22 miles west of Orlando. Notably, Waterfront Park is a popular location for residents and visitors alike. The park is situated along the shores of Lake Minneola and is used for events and community gatherings. The beach is frequented by those looking to cool off in the Florida heat. Play equipment and a splash pad are also available along with picnic areas, a fishing pier, and fitness trails.

Clermont's Sips & Salsa Festival - Grab your dancing shoes and appetite and head to downtown Claremont for delicious eats and cool drinks. Live music, vendors and activities are also to be enjoyed at this community event. 

Light Up Clermont - The city gets into the Christmas spirit with the annual tree lighting ceremony accompanied by an old fashioned Christmas Parade. 

Supporting local and enjoying homegrown goods is important to the residents of Clermont. As such, there is a weekly farmers market hosted in the downtown core offering fruits, vegetables, and homemade treats. This market opens every Sunday at 9 AM and is a great chance to invest in the local community.

Kings Ridge is an active 55+ gated community of 2088 homes. The neighborhood is situated along Route 27 and offers superior living to its residents.

In the center of Clermont, Florida is access to two major U.S. Roadways. State Road 50 and U.S. Road 27 both run through Clermont and offer access to neighboring cities and towns. 

Just east of the city is access to the Florida Turnpike which runs all the way down to Miami. 

Clermont falls only 25.4 miles west of Orlando, making it roundly a 35 minute trip down State Road 50.
