2 Ways to Safely View and buy a Property During the Corona Virus Pandemic
1. Virtual - We will be happy to provide you with a live virtual tour or can send you a video. We will do which ever way is more comfortable for you.
2. In Person but safe - Once you find "the one" from virtual showings you may of course want to see it before we get it under contract. We will speak with the seller's agent to make sure the house is sanitary then we will maintain safe distance as we allow you to tour the property.

Your goals are still achievable and we can meet via virtual appointment or arrange for us to safely see the property. We are also including with all listings a 3-D virtual tour shoot so that online shoppers can take an entire self paced tour of the home online.

To Summarize: Most of home shopping can be done virtually online. Once a buyer has strong interest in a property we can then take steps that everyone involved is comfortable with in order to remain safe but allow the buyer to see the property. Then inspections can be done by professional inspectors, title companies are working from home, and county workers are still available as well. This minimizes everyone's exposure to others while still efficiently accomplishing the goals of both buyers and sellers. Safety is first and the highest priority, but the virus doesn't have to stop you from achieving your real estate goals.
